Construction Site Manager (m/w/d) in Schwäbisch Hall

We’re looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) in Schwäbisch Hall on behalf of our client.

Your Tasks:

• Providing expert advice and support to existing clients and bringing in new business
• Taking charge of the technical and commercial side of renovation and restoration projects
• Handling tenders, cost calculations, and project prep
• Acting as the go-to person on-site for customers, suppliers, and the team
• Making sure everything stays on schedule and within budget

Your Qualifications:

• You have a degree in Civil Engineering or you’re a certified Technician or Master Craftsman
• You’ve got experience managing construction sites from start to finish, both for old building renovations and new builds
• You’re confident, a good negotiator, independent, and a great team player
• You’re comfortable using standard Office software
• Ambitious career starters are more than welcome—we’ll provide systematic, goal-oriented training to get you up to speed
• Solid skills in MS Office
