Construction Site Manager (m/f/d) in Crailsheim

We’re looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) in Crailsheim on behalf of our client.

Our client is a leading, family-run construction company. With a wide range of services—like mold remediation, thermal insulation, and steel/concrete protection—they offer customers top-tier craftsmanship and variety all from one source. Their team is active across Baden-Württemberg, living out their passion for the trade with a focus on people.

Your Tasks:

• Providing expert advice to existing clients and bringing in new business
• Taking charge of the technical and commercial side of renovation and remodeling projects
• Handling tenders, cost calculations, and project prep
• Acting as the go-to person on-site for customers, suppliers, and the team
• Ensuring everything stays on schedule and within budget

Your Profile:

• You have a degree in Civil Engineering or you’re a certified Technician or Master Craftsman
• You’ve got experience managing construction sites from start to finish, both for old building renovations and new builds
• You’re confident, a good negotiator, independent, and a team player
• You’re comfortable using standard Office apps
• Ambitious career starters are welcome! We’ll give you systematic, goal-oriented training to get you up to speed
• Solid skills in MS Office
