Construction Site Manager (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) for one of our clients in the Aalen area. Our client is a well-known construction company famous for their quality and variety across different trades—everything from mold remediation and thermal insulation to steel and concrete protection. They keep their focus on what really matters—the people—offering top-tier craftsmanship and all-in-one solutions.

Your Tasks:

• Providing expert advice to existing clients and bringing in new business
• Taking charge of the technical and commercial side of renovation and remodeling projects
• Handling tenders, cost calculations, and prep work
• Acting as the go-to person on-site for customers, suppliers, and the team
• Making sure everything stays on schedule and within budget

Your Profile:

• You have a degree in Civil Engineering or you’re a certified Technician or Master Craftsman
• You’ve got experience managing construction sites from start to finish, both in old building renovations and new builds
• You’re confident, a good negotiator, independent, and a great team player
• You’re comfortable using standard Office software
