Bid Project Manager (m/f/d)

What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Bid Project Manager (m/f/d) for projects in the Mannheim area on behalf of our client.
- The Job
- You’ll be in charge of making sure the bidding process runs smoothly.
- You’ll be the go-to person for the bid project teams (work preparation, estimating, purchasing, etc.).
- You’ll handle contract management and figure out the risks and opportunities for each bid.
- You’ll keep an eye on the market and spot potential projects.
- Once a project is landed, you’ll transition it into the bid project phase.
- What You Bring to the Table
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, or a completed technician certification with relevant experience.
- Several years of experience in construction execution, specifically in structural engineering.
- Experience in project management.
- Experience leading teams is a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Business-level German skills.
