Project Manager (m/f/d) for international retail projects
What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) on behalf of our client to handle international retail projects.
PROJECT MANAGER (M/F/D)
Project Manager at our client – Build relationships, create unique solutions, and drive experiences across Germany and Poland.
Are you passionate about project management and love being the bridge between clients, design, and construction? At our client’s company, you’ll step into a key role leading and pushing forward exciting retail and hospitality projects. You know how to build strong bonds with both clients and external partners. Working closely with a great team, you’ll ensure the delivery of top-quality, custom interiors and furniture.
As a Project Manager, you’ll take charge of projects from start to finish. You’ll be working with international partners, which means you need to be great at building and maintaining solid, long-term relationships. Besides making sure the design and build meet client expectations, you’ll also coordinate the delivery and setup of furniture and decor—a core part of what our client does.
What you’ll be doing:
- Project & Construction Management: Making sure everything runs smoothly and quality stays up to our client’s high standards.
- Time & Budget Management: Keeping an eye on deadlines, budgets, and financial goals.
- Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong client ties. You’ll be their go-to person, making sure they feel heard and understood throughout the project.
- Interior & Furniture Coordination: Working closely with designers, buyers, and suppliers to get everything delivered and installed correctly.
- Negotiations & Contracts: Handling contract talks and finding win-win solutions for everyone involved.
- International Projects: Networking across European markets and building a solid base of contractors and suppliers.
What you bring to the table:
- A degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Technology (ideally with a trade background), or a Master Craftsman certificate in the main construction trades.
- Experience in project or construction management and a deep understanding of building processes.
- Great communication skills and a genuine love for talking to clients.
- A structured, decisive way of working with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience or interest in coordinating furniture and interiors within construction projects.
- Fluency in German, Polish, and English (all three are a must).
- A knack for solving complex problems and a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to travel and a desire to grow your skills in planning, leadership, and negotiation.
What’s in it for you:
At our client’s company, you’ll join a creative environment focused on teamwork, innovation, and strong client relationships.
- A solid onboarding process to get you up to speed with systems and workflows.
- An international career path with exciting and varied tasks.
- A strong, dynamic project team with great vibes.
- Attractive perks, including a canteen, healthcare, a gym, and an active staff club.
- The chance to work with some of the world’s biggest brands and see the world through your projects.
Sound like you? Then we’d love to hear from you.
