Contract Manager Nuremberg

We’re looking for a Contract Manager for the Nuremberg area on behalf of our client.

• The Job
  • You’ll be in charge of managing and monitoring contract management processes and the related reporting.
  • You’ll handle the preparation of deviations from the original scope of work and lay the groundwork for supplementary claim calculations alongside the operational teams.
  • You’ll spot potential risks in contracts, develop strategies to minimize them, and help boost the overall project results.
  • You’ll take part in clarification meetings and negotiations with clients and subcontractors.
  • You’ll stay in constant loop with site management, billing, cost estimation, and scheduling teams.
• What You Bring to the Table
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering with a focus on construction.
  • Solid professional experience in contract management.
  • Experience in structural engineering is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy with standard office software; knowledge of RIB iTWO (Arriba) and common scheduling tools (Tilos, MS Project, etc.) is a bonus.
  • Good knowledge of German construction and procurement law (BGB, VOB, HOAI).
  • Willingness to travel across Germany.
  • A structured, success-oriented way of working.
  • Strong communication skills, great negotiation tactics, and the ability to hold your ground.
