Operations Manager for Heat Pumps (m/f/d) - Work from Home!
What you will do with us
We’re looking for an Operations Manager for Heat Pumps (m/f/d) on behalf of our client – and it’s a work-from-home position!
Your tasks:
- Coordinating and managing test construction sites for heat pumps
- Gathering, analyzing, and prepping feedback from day-to-day operations
- Developing and implementing ways to boost the productivity of the installation teams
- Optimizing installation workflows as well as cost and process efficiency
- Ensuring and improving structured documentation processes
What you should bring to the table:
- Completed vocational training in HVAC (SHK)
- Professional experience with heat pumps
- A valid Class B driver’s license
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- An analytical mindset and great problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel for regular site and team visits
