Master Plasterer (m/f/d) in Crailsheim

We’re looking for a Master Plasterer (m/f/d) in Crailsheim on behalf of our client.

Your Tasks:

• You’ll run our construction sites independently (wet plastering, drywall, and thermal insulation), including prep work, ordering materials, and scheduling the team.
• You’ll provide expert advice and support to both existing and new customers.
• You’re the go-to person on-site for your team, customers, and suppliers.
• You’re responsible for solving any technical hiccups on the job site.
• You’ll handle creating quotes, cost estimates, and final project accounting.

Your Qualifications:

• You’ve completed your Master Plasterer certification and are looking to grow.
• You have experience with cost calculations.
• You’ve got experience leading your own team.
• You’re a great communicator, well-organized, and take initiative.
