What Matters to Us

We're looking for you - as soon as possible!

• Completed vocational-technical training and/or further training as a certified foreman (m/f/d) with a master craftsman certificate or as a site foreman (m/f/d)
• Several years of professional experience in pipeline, sewer, or civil engineering or similar positions
• Leadership experience and assertiveness
• Good knowledge of occupational safety on construction sites
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style
• Reliability, commitment, and flexibility
• Class B driver's license
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Fluent in German

Your Role with Us

• Independent organization and management of construction sites in the pipeline and line construction sector
• Coordination and leadership of skilled workers and subcontractors
• Monitoring compliance with deadlines, quality, and safety
• Assisting with site billing and documentation
• Communication with clients, site managers, and other project participants
• Conducting site surveys, measurements, staking, etc.
• Keeping the construction diary in agreement with the responsible site management
• Timely determination of material needs, procurement, monitoring, and disposition of material deliveries and returns in agreement with site management
