Foreman for Pipeline and Utility Construction (m/f/d) | incl. training opportunities

We’re looking for a Foreperson in Pipeline and Utility Construction (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.

• A completed technical trade apprenticeship and/or further training as a certified Foreperson (with a master craftsman certificate) or Site Foreperson (m/f/d)
• Several years of experience in pipeline, sewer, or civil engineering (or similar roles)
• Leadership experience and the ability to hold your own
• Solid knowledge of occupational health and safety on construction sites
• An independent, organized, and solution-oriented way of working
• Reliability, commitment, and flexibility
• A Class B driver’s license
• Good IT skills (MS Office)
• Fluent German skills

Your role at the company

• Taking charge of organizing and managing pipeline and utility construction sites
• Coordinating and leading site crews and subcontractors
• Keeping an eye on deadlines, quality, and safety standards
• Helping out with site billing and documentation
• Chatting with clients, site managers, and other project partners
• Handling site surveys, measurements, staking out, and similar tasks
• Keeping the site diary in coordination with the site management
• Figuring out material needs on time, sourcing materials, and managing deliveries and returns alongside the site manager
