We’re looking for a Painter / Industrial Painter (m/f/d) for sports hall interiors on behalf of our client!

A leading construction company has been rocking the sports hall interior industry for nearly 30 years. Their success is built on innovative solutions and constantly leveling up their products.

To build our brand-new production team for built-in elements (gates, doors, windows) in sports halls, we’re looking for Painters (m/f/d).

🏀 What do you bring to the table? ✅ Completed training as a Painter, Industrial Painter, Coating Technician, or something similar. ✅ Alternatively, you’re a career changer with experience in surface technology, especially wet paints. ✅ Experience painting metal parts, ideally for doors and gates. ✅ Solid knowledge of standard painting techniques. ✅ Good metalworking skills. ✅ Hands-on talent and a technical mindset. ✅ Reliability, teamwork, and a "get-it-done" attitude. ✅ A Class B driver’s license is a plus, otherwise, there are great public transport links to the site (NO travel/assembly work required).

🏀 Your tasks: ✅ Prepping steel surfaces (cleaning, sanding, priming). ✅ Applying wet paint using spray guns. ✅ Operating, cleaning, and maintaining painting equipment. ✅ Checking color shades. ✅ Ensuring a smooth, high-quality finish. ✅ Quality checks and touch-ups. ✅ Following safety, environmental, and health regulations. ✅ Quality control of the final result. ✅ Working with the team to keep production running smoothly.
