We’re looking for a Painting Department Manager (m/f/d) in Aalen on behalf of our client.

Your tasks:

• You’ll be responsible for growing and developing the painting department.
• You’ll handle the technical and disciplinary leadership and development of the team.
• You’ll take care of acquiring, preparing, and managing projects while sticking to regulations and quality standards.
• You’ll keep an eye on your department’s key figures and come up with ways to boost profitability.
• You’ll report to the branch manager, run your department responsibly, and secure your position in the local market.

Your qualifications:

• You’re a Master Painter/Varnisher or a certified Technician.
• You have extensive knowledge of cost accounting and project estimation.
• You have a goal-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset and a strong focus on customer service.
• You bring above-average commitment, resilience, enthusiasm, and great teamwork skills.
• You have a high standard for quality and a conscientious way of working.
• You are extremely discreet, reliable, and loyal.
