What you will do with us
Your tasks
- You'll run hands-on training right on the construction site and show our assembly teams how to properly install heat pumps.
- You'll stick with new teams during their first projects, help them get things done, and make sure they can work confidently on their own after a short time.
- You'll check that our quality and safety standards are being met on-site and give constructive feedback to help the teams keep getting better.
- You'll work closely with our technical departments and the central training team to constantly improve training materials and keep them up to date.
- You'll be out and about in your area regularly, playing an active part in bringing our mission of eco-friendly heating to everyone.
Your profile
- Successfully finished training in HVAC (SHK)
- Experience with heating systems and heat pumps
- At least 2 years of work experience
- Good German skills
- Class B driver's license
- Totally fine with traveling (5 days/week)
