
Technical Sales Manager / Sales Pro with a Master Craftsman Background (m/f/d)
What you will do with us
We are Klyma – a young, growing team from NRW that doesn't just talk about the green energy transition, we actually make it happen. We specialize in heat pump installations and offer our customers full-service solutions from a single source.
To help us grow, we’re looking for someone who learned the trade from the ground up but is now ready to flex their muscles in high-level sales. You’re not just a theorist; you’re a technical consultant who speaks the same language as the pros.
💡 Your mission at Klyma:
- Technical Consulting: You don’t just sell; you plan. You’ll advise demanding private and commercial clients on heat pumps, cascade solutions, and hybrid systems.
- Closing Deals: You’ll lead consultations (from home or in the field) and turn inquiries into signed contracts.
- The Link to Installation: Thanks to your master-level knowledge, you’ll create quotes that actually make sense technically—our installers will thank you for it.
- Representation: You are the face of Klyma, guiding your projects with technical authority right through to implementation.
✅ What you bring to the table (Your Master Profile):
- Qualification: You are a Master Craftsman in HVAC (SHK) or have a comparable technical background with plenty of hands-on experience.
- Sales DNA: You love connecting with people and already have experience selling complex systems.
- The "Explainer" Mentality: You can translate complex hydraulic diagrams into benefits that any customer can understand.
- Mindset: You’re done with being on the construction site every day, but you want to use your expertise to drive the energy transition through sales.
- Communication Skills: You’re a confident, empathetic, and professional communicator, both in person and in writing.
