What you will do with us
- Tasks
- You assess the logistical complexity of construction projects and conduct logistical needs analyses.
- You're responsible for independently handling planning projects in service phases 1 to 8 according to AHO (developing logistics concepts, determining needs for storage areas, traffic routes, site setup, construction water and power, creating logistics schedules, and preparing specifications for construction logistics).
- In your role, you oversee logistical planning and execution services.
- You're the first point of contact for internal and external project participants regarding logistics planning topics.
- You're responsible for leading external project meetings.
- Your leadership responsibility in the regional planning team includes up to two employees.
- As the planning team leader, you communicate with the planning management and regional management and report to them.
- What We Rely On
- Completed studies in civil engineering or architecture, studies in traffic or infrastructure planning, or alternatively, a construction technician with solid relevant work experience.
- Work experience in work preparation and/or in a planning office (building construction, civil engineering, traffic route construction, railway construction, or urban planning).
- Good knowledge in construction operations/process control, site setup, and ideally extensive knowledge in construction logistics.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, iTWO, and MS Project.
- Confident in applying AHO, HOAI, and VOB as well as recognized technical standards.
