Team Lead for Construction Logistics Planning (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You'll check out how tricky the logistics are for construction projects and figure out what's needed.
• You'll handle planning projects on your own from phases 1 to 8 based on AHO (this means working out logistics concepts, figuring out space for storage, traffic routes, site setup, water and power, making logistics schedules, and writing up service specs).
• You'll keep an eye on the logistics planning and how things are being carried out.
• You're the go-to person for everyone involved in the project, inside and out, when it comes to logistics planning.
• You're in charge of leading project meetings with outside partners.
• You'll be leading up to two people in the regional planning team.
• As the planning team lead, you'll talk to the planning and regional managers and report back to them.

What we're looking for

• A degree in civil engineering, architecture, transport or infrastructure planning, or you're a construction technician with solid experience in the field.
• Work experience in work preparation or at a planning office (buildings, engineering, roads, rail, or urban planning).
• Good knowledge of construction operations, workflow control, site setup, and ideally, the whole world of construction logistics.
• Good with MS Office, AutoCAD, iTWO, and MS Project.
• You know your way around AHO, HOAI, and VOB, plus the standard technical rules.
