Material Flow Manager (m/f/d)
For Umweltkontor Bergkamen GmbH, we’re looking for a Field Sales / Material Flow Manager (m/f/d) at our Bergkamen site, starting as soon as possible.
Your responsibilities
- Coordinating material flows in recycling and disposal, both regionally and nationwide
- Finding and maintaining contacts with suitable disposal service providers, including contract and price negotiations
- Expanding our sales territory by developing existing customers and winning new ones
- Providing technical advice to our customers and independently planning and handling disposal projects
- Supporting market analyses and evaluations
What we’re looking for
- Completed commercial or technical training/apprenticeship or a degree, plus solid expertise in the waste management sector
- Relevant experience in material flow management—ideally in waste wood, fuels, and organic waste—regional market knowledge, knowledge of waste law/regulations, and a passion for recycling and recoverable materials
- Goal-oriented mindset, assertiveness, and a confident, professional manner with internal and external contacts
- Entrepreneurial thinking and the drive to shape and improve things
- Confident handling of MS Office
