HVAC Technician for Installation Prep / Heat Pump Measurements (m/f/d)

Employment: Full-time · on-site at the customer · full travel readiness (5 days/week)

Pay: €3,700 – €3,900 gross/month + expenses

Your Mission

Before a heat pump gets installed, one thing needs to be clear: does it even fit – and how? That’s exactly what you figure out. As a technician for installation prep, you’re on-site with the customer, checking technical feasibility and laying the groundwork for solid planning with your measurements. You’re the expert eye in the field whose data the whole implementation relies on – and you’re directly helping to make sure climate-friendly heat actually gets out there.

Your Tasks

• Check feasibility: You do technical on-site checks at the customer's place and evaluate if and how a heat pump can be installed.
• Collect data: You record all relevant data for heat load calculations and provide it for the system design.
• Precise documentation: You record all results in a detailed technical log – measurements, spatial conditions, connection options, and customer requirements.
• Advise customers: You answer technical questions on-site and show possible implementation scenarios.
• Coordinate with the office: You work closely with the back office and support planning, sizing, and quoting with clean data.

Your Profile

• Completed HVAC training – absolutely required
• Several years of professional experience in the HVAC trade
• Ideally practical experience with heat pumps
• Very good understanding of hydraulic and heating systems
• Diligent, structured way of working and an eye for detail
• Customer-oriented, confident manner
• Very good German skills, both spoken and written
• Class B driver's license
• High willingness to travel (5 days/week, radius approx. 250 km)
