What you will do with us
Service Technician / Heat Pump Fitter (m/f/d)
Employment: Full-time · on-site (no remote) · willingness to travel up to 3 days/week
Pay: €3,200 – €4,300 gross/month + expenses
Your Mission
Once the heat pump is running, your work begins. You're the face the customer sees after installation: you make sure the systems work reliably, solve problems when they pop up, and keep everything going with regular maintenance. This way, you're directly helping make sure climate-friendly heat reaches our customers' homes – day after day.
Your Tasks
- Looking after customers: You're the go-to person for questions and problems regarding the installed heat pump and make sure our customers feel well taken care of.
- Fixing faults: You diagnose malfunctions on-site and repair them reliably – in a pragmatic and solution-oriented way.
- Maintaining systems: You carry out regular maintenance work and ensure that the heat pumps run efficiently and safely in the long run.
Your Profile
- Completed training in the SHK sector (sanitary, heating, air conditioning) or a comparable technical qualification is a plus
- Technical understanding and a love for getting to the bottom of problems
- Customer-oriented, friendly manner – you stay professional even when things get tricky for the customer
- Good German skills
- Class B driver's license
- Willingness to travel up to 3 days per week
