Hi, we're Klyma! We're a young, fast-growing team from NRW that's revolutionizing the heating industry. Our focus: installing and commissioning air-to-water heat pumps for single and multi-family homes. We combine real craftsmanship with modern tech culture.

To help even more households on their way to self-sufficient and sustainable energy, we're looking for a motivated SDR to fire up our sales pipeline with qualified leads.

Requirements:

What you bring to the table

  • Communication talent: You love being on the phone, have a friendly voice, and can explain complex topics (like the heating transition) in a simple and exciting way.
  • Empathy & persuasion: You actively listen to potential customers, understand their concerns about switching heating systems, and confidently clear them out of the way.
  • Interest in tech & energy: You don't need to be an engineer, but you're keen to dive deep into the world of heat pumps and photovoltaics.
  • Hands-on mentality: You're motivated to proactively contribute to the growth of a young company and aren't afraid of high call volumes.
  • Language skills: You speak fluent German at a native level.
