CONCRETE.KEEP.REPAIR — We’re BES Engineers, a specialized engineering office for maintaining concrete structures. From inspection to planning to site supervision — with us, you handle your project from A to Z.

🎯 What to expect

• You manage maintenance projects end-to-end — from the first site visit to final acceptance
• You carry out concrete technology investigations and create repair concepts
• You plan measures for underground parking garages, parking structures, bridges, and wastewater treatment plants
• You prepare tenders and support the awarding process
• You supervise construction execution incl. invoice checks

One point of contact — all services. You’re the face of the project for the client.

✅ What you bring

• Completed degree in civil engineering or similar
• Experience in structural maintenance or structural design a plus
• Knowledge of concrete technology or concrete repair nice to have
• Qualification as a certified repair planner or willingness to get it
• Team player with a strong sense of ownership
• Class B driver’s license
