What you will do with us
Tasks
- You'll handle negotiations with clients and subcontractors
- Plus, you're in charge of the project flow and execution planning
- You'll be responsible for performance and results
- You'll help out with work preparation
- In your role, you're responsible for creating and pushing through change orders
What we're looking for
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or something similar
- Several years of experience as a site manager or project manager for turnkey building construction projects
- Strong technical expertise
- Experience using RIB iTWO
- Lots of initiative, strong negotiation skills, and assertiveness
- You enjoy working in a team
- Great organizational skills and a results-oriented way of working
