What you will do with us
Tasks
- You're in charge of creating and updating procurement and schedules
- You'll help the project and site management successfully handle complex building construction projects
- You'll write up tenders and help out with awarding subcontracts
- You'll check, create, and manage change orders on your own
- You'll help keep costs, deadlines, and quality on track
- You'll create and maintain bills of quantities and evaluate incoming bids
- You'll assist with billing and documenting construction work
- You'll coordinate with clients, specialist planners, subcontractors, and internal project members
- You'll get actively involved in work preparation and help put it into action
What we're looking for
- A degree in civil engineering
- Good skills in MS Office and RIB iTWO
- Work experience in handling building construction projects is a plus
- Knowledge of tendering, awarding contracts, and change order management
