Project Manager for HVAC (m/f/d) Major Projects
What you will do with us
Tasks
- You're in charge of demanding projects in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Plumbing) sector
- Your job includes creating service specifications based on DIN 276 cost groups
- You help out with the tendering and awarding of HVAC trades
- You check the execution and assembly planning for contract compliance, completeness, and plausibility
- You take part in contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors
- You independently coordinate and lead the subcontractors for the HVAC trades, including running subcontractor meetings
- You optimize the teamwork with customers and subcontractors during the execution phase
What we're looking for
- A degree in supply engineering or training as a technician/master craftsman in the HVAC field
- Several years of work experience in construction or project management within the HVAC sector
- Knowledge of relevant DIN standards, VDE regulations, as well as the VOB (tendering and contract regulations for construction services) and HOAI
- An independent and goal-oriented way of working, plus the ability to hold your ground
