What you will do with us
Vastbau GmbH, based in Gronau, was founded in 1992 and is a subsidiary of the Dutch Vastbouw Group. The Vastbouw Group is a family-run business and operates internationally. Besides locations in the Netherlands and Germany, there's also a branch in Poland. The whole group employs about 500 people, with nearly 30 working in Gronau. Our tasks cover every step from buying land and project development to finishing the buildings. So, we stick with our construction projects from the groundbreaking all the way to handing over the keys. Our goal is always to create sustainable living spaces. We believe the key is good communication combined with innovative thinking and action.
Your tasks as a site manager (m/f/d):
Site management — leading the industrial staff and coordinating subcontractors
Work prep — organizing the daily construction workflow
Quality assurance — monitoring professional execution
Material planning — ordering and checking material deliveries
Documentation — keeping daily construction reports and performance records
Work safety — making sure all safety rules are followed

Your profile as a site manager (m/f/d):
Completed training in the construction trade
Several years of work experience, ideally as a foreman or site manager
Assertiveness, organizational talent, and team spirit
Confident handling of plans and technical specs
Class B driver's license
