What you will do with us
For over 130 years, the HERING Group has been a medium-sized, fourth-generation family-run construction company with an international focus, but deep roots at its home base in Siegerland. Today, we employ around 700 people and are market leaders in many specialized areas of construction. For many years, HERING has been one of the leading manufacturers of high-quality precast concrete parts and architectural concrete facades in fair-faced concrete or with attractive surface designs, as curtain walls or sandwich facades. Concrete specialists like HERING are constantly developing the selection of surface structures and material concepts as well as sustainable manufacturing processes. The goal is to perfectly showcase the individual requirements and wishes of our customers. We are currently looking for strong reinforcements for our assembly team. Your three main tasks: * Site organization and coordination: You are responsible for the professional organization and coordination of all workflows on the construction site in coordination with the respective construction and project management, especially coordination with subcontractors, ensuring material and equipment availability, and coordinating deliveries and crane work. * Personnel management and deployment planning: You lead the site team and plan the daily staff deployment. * Quality, deadline, and safety monitoring: You monitor compliance with quality standards according to the execution planning, VOB, and applicable DIN standards, check adherence to deadlines in all construction phases, and ensure compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations. What we build on with you: * Completed vocational training, preferably in the main construction trade, plus further training as a certified foreman, site foreman, or master craftsman, or an equivalent qualification acquired through extensive professional experience. * Relevant professional experience in a comparable, also leading position, preferably in building construction projects and facade structures. * Sound specialist knowledge in building construction as well as confident handling of construction drawings and execution plans. * Knowledge of relevant regulations, for example VOB, DIN standards, and occupational safety regulations. * Basic IT skills and confident handling of MS Office.
