Senior Site Manager - Turnkey Construction (m/f/d) Essen

Tasks

• You're in charge of handling turnkey projects on your own
• You've got the responsibility for the performance and results of the projects you're assigned to
• Plus, you're responsible for making sure deadlines, quality standards, and work safety are all on point
• You lead the assigned site management and construction staff independently
• In your role, you steer the project planning right from the early stages
• You're the one managing subcontractors during the process
• You handle creating and pushing through any extra claims or change orders
• As a Senior Site Manager for building construction, you look after customer contacts and help out during the acquisition and bidding phase

What we're looking for

• A degree in civil engineering or something similar
• Experience as a Senior Site Manager or several years of experience managing turnkey projects
• Knowledge of the relevant laws, regulations, and standards in construction
• Really good skills in MS Office and RIB iTWO
• Leadership experience, negotiation skills, and the ability to get things done
• Strong social skills and team spirit
• An entrepreneurial mindset
• Commitment and an independent, results-oriented way of working
