What you will do with us
- Tasks
- You'll independently manage civil engineering projects in the western German region.
- You're responsible for the performance and results of the assigned projects.
- You ensure the agreed execution dates and quality standards are met.
- You lead the assigned project and site personnel and are responsible for work safety.
- You're responsible for the targeted awarding of necessary subcontractor services.
- You're responsible for creating and enforcing change orders.
- What We Rely On
- Successfully completed studies in civil engineering (FH/TU) or similar.
- Several years of experience in managing civil engineering projects.
- Experience as a senior site manager or several years in construction management.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards in construction.
- Proficient with general IT applications, RIB iTWO, and digital tools.
- Leadership experience, negotiation skills, assertiveness, and team spirit.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action.
- Strong awareness of necessary work safety.
- Openness or ideally experience in implementing BIM and Lean methodology.
- Commitment and independent, results-oriented work style.
- Willingness to travel, sometimes for assignments beyond the region.
