Team Member with Landscaping Experience & IT Affinity for Digitalization

The Gartenhof Küsters GmbH in Neuss is a leading garden and landscaping company with a strong focus on quality, sustainability, and future topics like digitalization and process optimization. To better support our teams, we're looking for a colleague from the garden and landscaping sector who also has a passion for IT and digital solutions.

Your Tasks:

• Support colleagues in the office and on-site (e.g., Microsoft 365, Dataflor, mobile applications)
• Provide practical help with everyday IT issues (e.g., email, printers, hardware, network)
• Participate in digitalization projects within the company to make work processes more efficient
• Work closely with different departments – you understand the processes in landscaping and can apply IT solutions practically
• Communicate with external IT service providers and assist with team training

Your Profile:

• Work experience in garden and landscaping (e.g., as a landscape gardener, site manager, or in administration)
• Strong IT affinity – you've acquired expertise on your own and are familiar with common programs
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Windows environments and DATAflor is a plus
• Enjoy supporting colleagues with digital topics
• Team spirit, solution-oriented, and eager to try new things
