Bricklayer as a foreman (m/f/d) for our building construction projects

Vastbau GmbH, based in Gronau, was founded in 1992 and is a subsidiary of the Dutch Vastbouw Group. The Vastbouw Group is a family-run business and operates internationally. Besides locations in the Netherlands and Germany, there's also a branch in Poland. The whole group employs about 500 people, with nearly 30 working in Gronau. Your tasks as a Foreman (m/f/d): Site management — leading the crew and coordinating subcontractors. Work prep — organizing the daily construction flow. Quality control — making sure everything is built right. Material planning — ordering and checking material deliveries. Documentation — keeping daily logs and performance records. Several years of experience, ideally as a lead hand or foreman. Assertiveness, organizational skills, and a team player attitude. Comfortable working with blueprints and technical specs.
