We are looking to build our new production team for built-in elements (goals, doors, windows) in sports hall interior construction Painter (m/f/d).

🏀 What do you bring? ✅ Completed training as a painter, industrial painter, process mechanic for coating technology, or a comparable qualification

✅ Alternatively, career changers with professional experience in surface technology, especially wet paints

✅ Experience in painting metal parts, ideally in the area of built-in elements (doors and gates)

✅ Good knowledge of common painting techniques

✅ Good knowledge of metalworking

✅ Craftsmanship and technical understanding

✅ Reliability, teamwork, and initiative

✅ Driver's license class B is an advantage, alternatively good public transport connections to the workplace (NO ASSEMBLY)

🏀 Your tasks: ✅ Preparation of steel surfaces (cleaning, sanding, priming)

✅ Applying paints using spray painting (wet paint)

✅ Operation, cleaning, and maintenance of painting equipment and spray guns

✅ Checking color tones

✅ Ensuring a uniform, high-quality surface

✅ Performing quality checks and rework

✅ Compliance with safety, environmental, and occupational safety regulations

✅ Quality control of work results

✅ Teamwork to ensure a smooth production process
