Tasks at Geiger:
- Prepping surfaces for corrosion protection (cleaning, sanding, sandblasting)
- Applying coatings to steel components using airless spray methods
- Applying surface protection systems to concrete components using 2K hot spray equipment
- Making sure layer thickness and quality meet specs
- Doing rework and touch-ups
- Following occupational safety and environmental protection rules
- Caring for and maintaining spray equipment and tools
What we're looking for:
- Completed vocational training in corrosion protection, painting/varnishing (m/f/d), or a similar qualification is preferred
- Experience in airless spraying of coatings (e.g., paints, primers, protective coatings)
- Experience working with surface protection systems using 2K hot spray equipment is a plus
- Knowledge of processing corrosion and surface protection systems
- Good technical understanding and a willingness to use our further training opportunities
