Tasks at Tecklenburg:

• Commercial cost controlling of our construction projects across all project phases
• Creating target-actual comparisons as well as analyzing and tracking cost deviations
• Checking supplier, planner, subcontractor, and supplementary invoices
• Maintaining and developing cost overviews, forecasts, and project-related reporting
• Supporting the liquidity planning of our construction projects
• Working closely with commercial management, technical project management, site management, and external project partners
• Helping to further develop our commercial project processes and controlling structures

What we're looking for:

• Commercial training with further education in accounting, finance, or controlling, or a degree in business administration, finance, or controlling
• Several years of professional experience in controlling or commercial project management
• Ideally experience in the construction or project environment
• Confident handling of numbers and a good understanding of economic relationships
• Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with ERP systems like NEVARIS is a plus
• Structured, careful, and independent way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with interdisciplinary project teams
