Estimator with BIM experience (m/f/d)

We are currently evolving our calculation processes and implementing new tools.

Based on BIM and databases supported by AI, we want to keep calculating economically and in line with the market. We're looking for help with analyzing and optimizing all process workflows.

Your tasks

• Independent calculation of shell and turnkey construction projects in residential building as well as industrial and commercial projects
• Economic and technical optimization of bids
• Support during contract negotiations and bid presentations
• Close cooperation with site management, purchasing, and management
• Maintenance and further development of calculation data and key figures
• Post-calculation of completed projects for analysis and optimization

What you bring to the table

• Training/degree or several years of professional experience in the construction industry
• Knowledge of BIM
• Experience with CAD software and construction calculation is a plus
• Team spirit, commitment, good communication skills, as well as an independent and careful way of working
