Tasks at Tecklenburg
- Independently preparing bids for our turnkey building construction projects
- Determining construction costs – from the first cost estimate to a solid calculation
- Coordinating the project team during the bidding phase
- Developing alternative proposals and optimizations
- Maintaining our master data and service specifications
What we're looking for
- Degree in civil engineering, construction technician, site manager, or a similar technical background with solid knowledge in the construction industry
- Experience with bidding and calculation software, ideally iTWO
- Independent work style, reliability, and assertiveness
- Strong cost awareness and a good head for numbers
- Knowledge of construction operations
