Estimator (m/f/d) in Special Foundation Engineering

Tasks

• You handle the calculation of construction and subcontractor services for special foundation projects.
• You're responsible for performance assessments in coordination with work preparation and identify opportunities and risks in the process.
• You're in charge of quantity determinations and plausibility checks.
• You prepare tender documents for subcontractors and suppliers and are responsible for evaluating incoming offers.
• You support technical controlling in setting up and maintaining work calculations.
• You're responsible for creating supplementary calculations, including related documents and offer preparation for our customers.

What We Rely On

• Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable field.
• Ideally, several years of professional experience in the calculation and/or execution of complex special foundation construction projects.
• The focus of technical competence is in structural engineering.
• Interest and commitment to successfully shaping projects.
• Teamwork skills and the ability to work independently.
• Proficient use of general IT applications.
• Knowledge of the RIB iTWO (Arriba) calculation program.
