What you will do with us
Vastbau GmbH, based in Gronau, was founded in 1992 and is a subsidiary of the Dutch Vastbouw Group. The Vastbouw Group is a family-run business and operates internationally. Besides locations in Germany, there's also a branch in Poland. The whole group employs over 500 people, with about 30 of them working in Gronau. Our tasks cover everything from buying land and project development to actually building the houses. So, we stick with our building projects from the first stone to handing over the keys. We're always aiming to create sustainable living spaces. We think the secret is good communication mixed with innovative thinking and action.
We're looking for you to join our Gronau office full-time.
Your job:
- Independent construction cost calculation for turnkey projects
- Helping out with project development
- Quantity take-offs and performance assessments
- Creating service specs for subcontractors
- Evaluating quotes

Your profile:
- A degree, relevant training, or several years of work experience
- Independent, structured, and careful way of working
- High level of commitment and a team player attitude
- Good with MS Office
- Very good German skills, both spoken and written
