What you will do with us
To restructure and continue our estimation department, we are looking for a
Lead Estimator (m/f/d)
What we plan to do:
We will change the processes in estimation, implement new tools, and use them going forward. Based on BIM and databases with AI support, we want to continue estimating economically and in line with the market. The entire process flow will be analyzed and optimized:
- Evaluation of the request for proposal
- Estimation
- Creation of the order estimation after the contract is awarded
- Evaluation and feedback of the gained information to the database
YOUR TASKS
- Develop a concept for restructuring the estimation process
- Select necessary programs like CAD, BIM components, databases, and a modern estimation program
- Develop interfaces for all new program instances
- Design programs for various estimation tasks like shell and turnkey construction
- Train all employees in the estimation department on the new programs
YOUR PROFILE
- Education/degree or several years of professional experience in construction
- Advanced knowledge in BIM, experience in construction estimation would be an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office and CAD software
- Organizational talent, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
- Team spirit, commitment, and independence in meticulous work
