Your tasks

• Analyzing tender documents (public & commercial clients)
• Creating accurate bid calculations for complex construction projects
• Preparing alternative bids, special proposals, and options
• Supporting contract/order preparation
• Helping identify and assess potential for change orders/add-ons
• Documenting calculations
• Close collaboration with site management, purchasing, and project management

What you bring

• Completed degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable technical/commercial qualification
• Several years of experience in construction estimating/costing
  (ideally in landscaping, civil works, or road construction)
• Confident with estimating and tendering software
• Analytical mindset, structured way of working, and a head for numbers
• Sense of responsibility and team spirit
