Estimator with room for creativity (m/f/d)

We're currently working on leveling up our estimation processes and rolling out new tools.

Using BIM and databases backed by AI, we want to keep our pricing competitive and smart. We're looking for someone to help us analyze and optimize all our workflows.

Your tasks

• Independent estimation for shell and turnkey construction projects in residential, industrial, and commercial building
• Economic and technical optimization of bids
• Support during contract negotiations and bid presentations
• Working closely with site management, purchasing, and the executive team
• Maintaining and developing estimation data and key figures
• Post-calculation of finished projects for analysis and optimization

What you bring to the table

• Education/degree or several years of work experience in the construction industry
• Knowledge of BIM
• Experience with CAD software and construction estimation is a plus
• Team spirit, commitment, good communication skills, and an independent, careful way of working
