YOU FOR US
- Create and develop monthly reports for Finance, HR, Operations
- Analyze key figures, deviations, and trends – and derive concrete action recommendations
- Support in budget planning, forecasts, and profitability calculations
- Build, maintain, and optimize Excel tools, reports, and dashboards
- Work closely with departments (Finance, HR, Operations) – you're a sparring partner, not a lone number cruncher
- Contribute to the development of controlling processes and structures
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses for management decisions
- Question existing processes and bring in new ideas
YOUR PROFILE
- A degree in business administration and/or commercial training
- Initial experience in controlling, finance, or data analysis (internship, working student, entry-level)
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
- Affinity for numbers is not just a skill for you – it's a mindset
- Excel is your hobby
- Interest in strategic issues and eagerness for operational implementation
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Curiosity, initiative, and the courage to think differently
- Strong communication skills – you can explain numbers, not just calculate them
- DATEV knowledge - an additional plus
