What you will do with us

Details about the role and requirements

Your Responsibilities

  • Managing our projects on time and with high quality: You'll steer our noise protection projects for rail and road systems, from work prep all the way to handing it over to the customer.
  • Billing and calculation throughout the project: You'll create billing-related docs (like measurements), document contract deviations, and help out with the commercial evaluation of our projects. Plus, you'll support work calculations and handle change orders during the whole project.
  • Staff and subcontractor management: Working with our foremen, you'll coordinate our skilled workers and keep an eye on subcontractor performance.
  • Sustainability in every way: You're responsible for making sure safety, accident prevention, and environmental protection guidelines are followed on our construction sites.

Your Profile

  • Degree in civil engineering or a similar qualification as a technician / master craftsman
  • Experience as a site manager / foreman
  • Good skills with construction-specific software (e.g., RIB iTWO)
  • Structured, independent, and team-oriented way of working
  • Willingness to work occasional night and weekend shifts (depending on the project)
  • Willingness to travel: usually within daily commuting distance (NRW), with occasional trips to Schifferstadt (RLP)
  • Valid Class B driver's license
