Your Tasks

• Participation in earth and soil work on large construction sites
• Preparation of paths, areas, and workspaces
• Support in paving and path construction
• Material transport and site setup
• Vegetation and maintenance work
• Working with modern equipment and tools
• Teamwork in strong crews with clear processes

What You Bring

• No training necessary – motivation counts
• Experience in crafts is a plus, but not a must
• Alternatively, work experience in: paving, civil engineering, sewer construction, asphalt construction, metal construction, or locksmithing
• Reliability and desire for physical work outdoors
• Team spirit & friendly demeanor
• A driver's license B would be nice – but not a must
