Specialist Planner (m/f/d) Civil Engineering - Focus on Foundation Engineering
The ground is the foundation of every successful project – and that's exactly where you come in. As an expert (m/f/d) for foundation engineering and geotechnics, you'll develop solid, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions for demanding building construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Developing technically and economically optimized subsoil and foundation concepts during the bidding and execution phases of our construction projects
- Carrying out soil mechanics calculations
- Coordinating the foundation concept with our GOLDBECK structural planning team
- Supporting the calculation, planning, awarding, and implementation of complex civil engineering and special heavy construction services
- Tendering, preparing awards, and providing technical support for special foundation and heavy construction measures
- Advising the sales and project teams right from the early project phases
- Coordinating with clients, experts, and inspectors
Profile
- Successfully completed degree in civil engineering, geology, or a similar field of study
- Ideally, professional experience in the tasks described above
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and a sense of responsibility
- Structured, solution-oriented way of working paired with flexibility and team spirit
