Specialist Planner (m/f/d) Civil Engineering - Focus on Drainage & Traffic Areas

As a specialist planner (m/f/d) in the field of civil engineering for drainage & traffic areas, you'll take on technical responsibility for projects involving site drainage and outdoor facilities within the planning team. You'll design the interface between the site, infrastructure, and building, support demanding projects from concept to final inspection, and act as the central contact person within planning coordination.

Responsibilities

• Creating design and execution plans for traffic areas, outdoor facilities, and site drainage
• Creating terrain and mass models – as a solid basis for calculation and execution
• Coordinating with licensing authorities and the internal project team, and supporting the entire coordination process
• Coordinating engineering firms, quality checks, and ensuring costs, deadlines, and standards are met
• Preparing and helping with the awarding of civil engineering contracts to subcontractors
• BIM-oriented planning based on the GOLDBECK BIM strategy with a transparent, efficient, and future-proof way of working

Profile

• Successfully completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, landscape architecture, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the planning and design of traffic areas and drainage systems is a plus
• Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in CAD-supported planning of roads, traffic areas, and drainage systems
• Strong communication skills, initiative, and a sense of responsibility
• Structured, solution-oriented way of working paired with flexibility and team spirit
