What you will do with us

Details about the role and requirements

For over 130 years, the HERING Group has been a medium-sized, fourth-generation family-run construction company with an international focus, but deep roots at its home base in Siegerland. Today, we employ around 700 people and are market leaders in many specialized areas of construction. For many years, HERING has been one of the leading manufacturers of high-quality precast concrete parts and architectural concrete facades in exposed concrete or with attractive surface designs, as curtain walls or sandwich facades. Concrete specialists like HERING are constantly developing the selection of surface structures and material concepts, as well as sustainable manufacturing processes. The goal is to perfectly showcase the individual requirements and wishes of our customers. We are currently looking for some strong support for our precast concrete plant. Your main tasks: Production: You'll make precast concrete parts based on technical drawings and specs - from formwork and reinforcement to pouring the concrete and proper post-treatment of the components. Quality assurance: You'll check the dimensions and surfaces of the finished concrete parts. You spot deviations early and actively help minimize waste and keep our quality standards high. What we're looking for: You've finished your training, for example as a precast concrete worker, concrete and reinforced concrete builder, or a similar craft. Ideally, you've already worked in a precast concrete plant and know what matters when making these parts. You're comfortable handling technical drawings, formwork, and reinforcement plans. You're a team player who can still work independently and always carefully. Having a forklift or crane license is a plus.
