What you will do with us
Vastbau GmbH, based in Gronau, was founded in 1992 and is a subsidiary of the Dutch Vastbouw Group. The Vastbouw Group is a family-run business and operates internationally. Besides locations in the Netherlands and Germany, there's also a branch in Poland. The whole group employs about 500 people, with nearly 30 working in Gronau. Our tasks cover every step from buying land and project development to finishing the buildings. This means we stick with our construction projects from the groundbreaking ceremony to handing over the keys. We're always aiming to create sustainable living spaces. We believe the key lies in good communication combined with innovative thinking and action.
We're looking for you to join our Gronau office full-time.
Your field of activity:
- Independent (co-)development of our construction projects from concept to completion
- Working closely with project management, the estimating teams, the commercial department, and the construction sites
- Coordination and consultation with subcontractors
- Taking charge of construction prep
- Quantity takeoff and creating bills of quantities
- Creating and working out detailed drawings
- Helping out with orders and awarding contracts
- Checking plans and coordinating planners and consultants
- Work preparation department

Your profile:
- A degree, relevant training, or several years of professional experience (e.g., civil engineering, architecture, real estate, or construction management)
- Independent, structured, and careful way of working
- Negotiation skills, confident handling of customers and partners
- Technical and analytical skills
- A high level of commitment and teamwork
- Confident using MS Office
- Very good German skills, both spoken and written
- Commitment to increasing sales and developing innovative ideas and solutions
