Your Tasks

• Leading, instructing, and coordinating your crew on large projects
• Planning the daily schedule and organizing work processes on the construction site
• Quality control and compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards
• Coordination with construction management, clients, and other trades
• Surveying and staking work after instruction
• Support in earthworks, civil engineering, paving, and vegetation work
• Coordination of materials and machinery
• Documentation of construction progress and feedback to the office

What You Bring

• Training in gardening and landscaping or experience in civil engineering, road construction, or construction trades
• Alternatively from the following areas:
  Road Builder • Civil Engineer • Paver • Pipeline Builder • Foreman • Crew Leader • Skilled Worker with Leadership Experience
• Confident demeanor & enjoyment in leading a team
• Independent, structured way of working
• Technical understanding & organizational talent
• Reliability, team spirit, and sense of responsibility
• Driver's license B required, BE or others advantageous
