Your tasks

• Leading, instructing, and coordinating your crew on major projects
• Planning the daily schedule and organizing work processes on site
• Quality control and ensuring compliance with plans, specs, and safety standards
• Coordinating with site management, clients, and other trades
• Surveying and setting-out work after instruction
• Helping out with earthworks, civil works, paving, and planting/vegetation work
• Coordinating materials and machinery
• Documenting construction progress and reporting back to the office

What you bring

• Training in landscaping (garden & landscape construction) or experience in civil engineering, road construction, or the building trades
• Or from one of these areas: Road builder • Civil construction worker • Paver • Pipeline construction worker • Site foreman • Crew lead • Skilled worker with leadership experience
• Confident presence & enjoy leading a team
• Independent, structured way of working
• Technical understanding & strong organizational skills
• Reliability, team spirit, and a sense of responsibility
• Driver’s license class B required; BE or others are a plus
