Your tasks

• Leading, guiding, and coordinating your crew on large-scale projects
• Planning the daily routine and organizing work processes on the construction site
• Quality control and compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards
• Coordination with construction management, clients, and other trades
• Surveying and staking work after instruction
• Support with earthworks, civil engineering, paving, and vegetation work
• Material and machine coordination
• Documentation of construction progress and feedback to the office

What you bring to the table

• Training in gardening and landscaping or experience in civil engineering, road construction, or the building trades
• Alternatively from the following areas: Road builders • Civil engineers • Pavers • Pipe layers • Site managers • Crew leaders • Skilled workers with leadership experience
• Confident appearance & enjoyment in leading a team
• Independent, structured way of working
• Technical understanding & organizational talent
• Reliability, team spirit, and a sense of responsibility
• Driver's license B required, BE or others are a plus
